Scott Fish serves as principal of UP Development, a commercial real estate firm based in Franklin, Tennessee. The firm has completed a number of large projects throughout the Southeast with a focus on redevelopment of abandoned or distressed commercial properties. Scott Fish and his team have completed multiple projects in Orlando, including Orlando Fashion Square Mall, The Shoppes at Alafaya, and the Mall at Millenia, each anchored by such national retailers as Toys“R”Us and DICK’S Sporting Goods. The Orlando Fashion Square Mall project further stands out for its innovative incorporation of a custom indoor basketball court within the mall space and a partnership with the NBA’s Orlando Magic, as well as an expansion of the Cady Way Trail bicycle and pedestrian pathway to connect the Orlando Fashion Square corridor with Baldwin Park.
